On the afternoon of September 24, 2024, Qingdao Huada Genetic Testing Reagent Production and Genetic Testing Service Project passed completion acceptance.

Covering an area of 57,000 square metres and with a total construction area of 210,000 square metres, Qingdao Huada Genetic Testing Reagent Production and Genetic Testing Service Project consists of one 20-storey high-rise building, one 14-storey dormitory, three 8-storey Class C factory building, ten multi-storey Class C factory building and one garbage room.

Since the project started on October 28, 2022, all participating units of the project have been united minds, always practicing the spirit of fulfillment and providing high-quality service. They have been doing so for two years and have successfully completed the construction nodes.

The project has successively won the “2023 Learning Project of Construction Site Safety Standardisation for Construction Projects (National AAA Site)”, “2023 Construction Project Construction Safety and Production Standardization Site in Shandong Province”, “High Quality Structural Project of Shandong Province”, “2023 Qingdao Building Construction ‘Four-in-one’ Standardised Site (Demonstration Grade)”, “2023 Qingdao Intelligent Construction Pilot Project” and other honours.

This project is an important link in the “Gene Technology” chain of the three industrial chains of “Integrated Circuits, Gene Technology, and Intelligent Manufacturing” in the Sino-German Ecopark in Qingdao West Coast New Area. After completion, it will become a world-class gene detection kit production base and service center, and DNA synthesis base. The completion and commissioning of the project will play a key role in leading the construction of the Gene Technology Industrial Park, injecting new impetus into helping urban renewal and promoting high-quality development.
